Both of these missions movements have recently come to my attention and I honestly just couldn't hold them back for myself. I'll start with a few facts from one of the sites, and then also share two videos.
The Cold Facts of Modern Slavery

- -Up to 96% of women in prostitution want to escape but feel they can't. -United Labor Organization
- -Human Trafficking is a 32 billion dollar per year industry. -The United Nations
- -In some countries it is estimated that 70% of men purchase sex. -Victor Malarek; The Johns
- -Over 27 million people are enslaved around the world. This is more than double the number of Africans enslaved during the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. -Kevin Bales; Free the Slaves
The first trailer is from an organization that has set out to create a documentary on the sex slave trade. It is called the Nefarious Documentary. Please go to their website and see everything they're working on!
The second trailer is from Sex + Money Film. This group of people started by looking at the sex slave industry abroad, in Asia and such, but came to the realization that it doesn't just take place outside the United States, but that it also occurs here. In America.
